Poxet 60mg 90mg Tablets are used for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men 18 to 64 years old who have all of the following symptoms namely ejaculation in less than two minutes following penetration on most occasions, with little stimulation and before the man wishes to and marked personal distress and interpersonal difficulty as a result of premature ejaculation as well as poor control over ejaculation.
Premature Ejaculation is defined as ejaculation which occurs with minimal sexual stimulation before or just after penetration takes place and before the patient wishes to ejaculate.
Poxet is a particular serotonin reuptake inhibitor, for the treatment of premature ejaculation. In a phase II proof-of-concept study conducted by PPD, dapoxetine demonstrated a statistically significant increase in ejaculatory latency when compared to placebo. Poxet is a short performance selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used primarily for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men aged within 18 and 64 years. This medicine should not be taken by men who are not diagnosed with premature ejaculation (PE)

This medicine works by altering the level of certain specific chemical messengers at the nerve endings. This inhibits premature ejaculation.

How to Use Dapoxetine Pills. Dosage
Take Poxet precisely the same as your doctor tells you to. The tablet can be taken with or without food. It should be a whole drunk glass of water to avoid getting a bitter taste from the tablet. So swallow it whole without chewing.
The suggested starting dose is one 30 mg tablet. One tablet should be taken one to three hours before sexual activity. Your doctor may later decide to raise your dose to one 60 mg. Do not take more than one tablet in 1 Day. Dapoxetine is not intended for regular daily use – you should only take it before you expect to have copulation.
You cat cut 60mg tablet in half if 30mg is not available. Splitting tablets may save some money as 60mg and 90mg tablets have same price.

Dapoxetine Pills may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Dapoxetine Pills is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. You may feel sleepy, dizzy, faint, have difficulty concentrating and blurred vision while taking this medicine. This may affect your driving ability.
Dapoxetine Pills should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of dapoxetine pills may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of dapoxetine Tablet is not advised in patients with severe kidney disease.
